What we CANNOT help with

We are an independent, unofficial guide — not Quotex. We cannot access your account, reset your password, verify your identity, process or chase a deposit or withdrawal, or unblock an account. We have no access to Quotex systems or your personal data, so please don't send us passwords, 2FA codes or payment details.

Account issues? Contact Quotex directly

For anything to do with your actual account — logging in, verification, deposits, withdrawals or a block — use the official support channels inside the Quotex app or on quotex.io. That's the only place those issues can be resolved.

Beware of impersonators

We will never DM you offering to 'recover' or 'manage' your account, and neither will the real broker. Anyone who does — especially for a fee — is a scammer. Ignore them.

We're a small independent team, so replies may take a little time. We read everything, and we appreciate corrections that help keep the site accurate.
